A single-robot deployment moves through scoping, a Mundelein demo, contract and ordering, on-site setup and mapping, then a measured pilot before scale-out. Timing depends on stock availability and integration scope; multi-robot fleets take longer because of mapping and IT/PLC integration. We give a concrete schedule after the facility survey, not before - that way the dates we quote are the dates we hit.
Robots ship with PUDU manufacturer warranty intact. Coverage details, term, and exclusions depend on the model and configuration - we send the warranty certificate before contract signature, not after, and we walk you through what's covered vs. what is wear-part / consumable.

Our deployment engineers train your operators and supervisors during setup. Operator training is short and hands-on; supervisor / fleet-admin training goes deeper into mapping, scheduling, and exception handling. We leave behind a quick-reference card and a recorded walkthrough; refresher sessions are included after go-live.
Yes - operating-lease options are available subject to credit. The private assessment's lease toggle gives a planning monthly figure; final terms come from the leasing partner after credit review. We don't push leasing - we model both side-by-side so the buy vs. lease decision is yours, not ours.
All PUDU industrial AMRs use multi-sensor obstacle avoidance (LiDAR + cameras + line lasers). They yield to pedestrians and stop for unexpected obstacles. Mixed-traffic deployment with active forklifts always includes a site review - we won't run a robot in an aisle where the geometry or traffic pattern isn't safe, even if the customer asks.
Layout changes are normal. Minor changes (a few moved racks) are handled by re-scanning affected zones quickly. Major remodels need a full remap, which we run remotely or on-site depending on scope. PUDU AMRs use VSLAM + LiDAR SLAM (T600 Underride is LiDAR SLAM only), so they adapt to new geometry without rebuilding the entire facility model.
